Helpdesk, YouTube or Direct Inside The App
Each of our apps has help built in. Often we have explanations of a function or a simple embedded YouTube video that goes through how that function works.
If that’s not enough and further assistance is required, each of our apps has a form submission that sends a ticket direct to our Helpdesk. Please note we are UK based and can take up to 24 hours to respond to a ticket, although often we are much quicker.
